1976

Firm Founded

Roger Melanson founds the firm in Merrimack, NH as a sole proprietorship.

1981

Office Relocated

The firm becomes a Professional Association. Offices are relocated to Nashua, NH.

1986

New Name

The firm is now known as Melanson Greenwood.

1987

New Office

A new office is opened in Greenfield, MA.

1996

Acquisition and New Name

The firm merges with Heath, Liberty and Griffin of Nashua, NH. The firm now becomes known as Melanson Heath and Company, PC.

1997

New Office

The firm opens an office in Ellsworth, ME.

1999

New Office

The firm opens an office in Andover, MA.

2000

Acquisition

The firm acquires Charles W. Saunders and Associates, PC in Greenfield, MA.

2005

Acquisition

The Nashua, NH office relocates to a new renovated building still within Nashua.

2006

Acquisition and Office Relocation

The firm acquires Gerald G. Dupont and Company, PLLC of Manchester, NH. The firm opens a new location in the downtown area of Manchester, NH.

2012

Acquisition

The firm acquires Donna Galvin, CPA.

2013

Acquisition

The firm acquires Bill Plumley.

2014

Acquisition

The firm acquires Nikki Welsh, CPA.

2016

Acquisition

The firm acquires Stanley Kulas, CPA.

2017

Acquisition

The firm acquires LaPointe, Torrisi, Stanley & Co.

Acquisition

The firm acquires Getchell Professional Association.

Acquisition

The firm acquires Seelye & Schulz PA CPAs.

New Name
